Our meat products are prepared in-house in small batches.  Selection varies, so if you are are looking for a specific item, please call before your visit—we'll let you know what we have in stock and set your item aside for you.

We encourage you to order ahead, which allows us to source appropriately, prepare according to your requests, and have your items wrapped and ready for your pre-arranged pickup.  We order from our farmers on Sunday and they deliver to us on Wednesday or Thursday. If you're planning something special for a weekend, please give us your request about seven days in advance.
