We create a wide range of fresh meats, including specialty cuts and organ meats that you will not find in the typical supermarket.
Many of our meats are cut to order and require some prep time. Therefore, we encourage you to call ahead to inquire about inventory and place your order. We also ask that you allow additional lead time for special instructions or unusual requests.
As a whole-animal butcher shop, we support nose-to-tail eating. Please don't hesitate to ask us about parts that you don't see in the list below. And do feel free to ask us about prices over the phone! We want to help you find the perfect items for your menu and budget.
