Charcuterie is a central part of what we do. Our selection includes a wide range of cured, cooked, smoked, and dried meats, drawing on European and international traditions as well as long-standing house specialties. Offerings include salumi, pâtés, terrines, confit, smoked meats, and dried preparations such as jerky. Together, these form the backbone of our charcuterie program.
Many items are regular fixtures in the case, while others return as curing schedules and production allow.
